Frequently Asked Questions

We print on high end printers with top quality archival inks and heavyweight matte fine art papers. The quality is stunning and the prints are made to last.
Our gallery wrapped canvas are printed on a high quality canvas and hand wrapped onto a 0.75" depth wood frame. We also have 1.5" depth wood frames available.

WHAT ABOUT THE FOAM MOUNTED PRINTS?

We start with our high quality prints and hand mount them to a sturdy 3/16" clay coated white foamboard.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We print, package, and ship your orders on your behalf. You simply submit the artwork and tell us where to send it, we take care of the rest. You are billed automatically via PayPal as you use our service. There are no minimum orders and no additional fees.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We generally process all orders in 1-3 business days and standard shipping takes 3 business days on average.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds on custom printed orders, however, we do offer a 100% guarantee that the product will arrive in perfect condition or we will replace it.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

We currently offer a wide variety of sizes that you can find on our Products page. If you need a size that you don't see, get in touch with us and we may be able to accommodate you.

HOW SHOULD I FORMAT MY ARTWORK?

We recommend you submit all artwork as a 300 DPI .JPG file. For 0.75" deep gallery wrapped canvas, we require that you add 1 inch to all sides of the artwork for the "wrap". For 1.5" deep gallery wrapped canvas, we require that you add 2 inches to all sides of the artwork for the "wrap". We also prefer all image files to be formatted in RGB.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Posters and prints of all sizes are available to be shipped worldwide. Smaller canvases, foam mounted prints, and framed prints are also available worldwide, however larger sizes are only available in the USA. ( Larger sizes may be available for shipping worldwide upon special request. ) Additional information about worldwide product availability can be found on our Products page. All products are shipped from Pittsburgh, PA, USA.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes! Once you place an order and it is processed, you will receive a tracking ID for your parcel.

HOW ARE THE ORDERS PACKAGED?

Orders are packaged based on the product being shipped. Our smallest prints ( 11" x 14" and smaller ) are shipped in flat boxes. Larger prints are shipped via extremely protective tubes. Foam mounted prints, gallery wrapped canvas, and framed prints are shipped in boxes. We do not place any of our own branding on the packaging and there is no invoice/packaging slip included in the packaging. Additionally, we use your business's "From:" address.

HOW CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED?

If you have incorrectly placed an order, please get in touch with us immediately via email at support@printdropper.com. We will do our best to assist you, however, if it has already shipped you will not be able to adjust it.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

High value international shipments may be subject to international duty fees. The end customer is responsible for these duties and shall pay these directly to the appropriate agencies.


For Parcel Direct DDP shipments - The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes the PrintDropper, Inc. to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that PrintDropper, Inc. may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker).

WHAT IF THE TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT MY CUSTOMER HAS NOT RECEIVED IT?

This is very uncommon, but if it does occur then we cannot take responsibility. You will need to place a new order.

HOW DOES RUSH PROCESSING WORK?

We guarantee your order will be shipped by the end of the following business day. We try our best to get these out as fast as possible as we know some customers have tight deadlines. If for any reason your product is not shipped by the end of the following business day, your rush processing fee will be refunded.
